What key chains do you suggest for attaching to a belt while driving, so the key is will be removed on exit?

I need to ensure that my delivery drivers are removing keys from the ignition upon exit from the vehicle. I can't find a lock-out belt key chain that is long enough to be safe to use while driving.

Do you suggest anything to help with this issue? I want to ensure no idling.
