How to install the Sims 3 base game and expansion packs onto a brand new computer?

Recently I bought a new computer, and I want to install my Base game and stuff packs and expansion packs onto it. But I have already used the serial codes for them on my old laptop, how do I use my Sims 3 games on my new computer instead of my old laptop?
