How can I put a key hooker in my c# application that either is case sensitive, or key modifyers sensative?

I am an amateur programmer and I use c#. I am attempting to make a program that needs to receive key and mouse events in detail, it needs to be case sensitive. Surprisingly there is nothing on google. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
