How do I stop obsessing over tragic news stories?

Certain news stories are causing me a great deal of inner turmoil. I know I can just stop reading about them, but some things are hard to forget.

I've just found out that I'm pregnant again, and am overjoyed to be. But inside I'm still feeling quite troubled and I don't want my pregnancy to be overshadowed by sadness.

It's like my mind wants to resolve something and won't stop thinking about it until it finds peace over the knowledge.

What is a VPN?


VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
