Where can i get wavy female hair for the Sims 3?

Hi, i want to download some wavy female hair for sims 3, long-ish wavy hair. And while you're at it, give me some good sites for downloading sims 3 hairs and stuff. Oh, and i need the download to be the one that doesn't download through the Sims 3 launcher, that way won't work for me anymore
