If UK Immigration law nconsiders Asylum Seekers unlawful, why legal authorities allow them to file a cas?

If UK Immigration law considers Asylum Seekers unlawful then why legal authorities allow them to file a case and appeals then and Home Office provide them other facilities and support? Does it not show the double standard in law as the applicants remain unlawful till last proceedings and decisions of the court? Why they're called unlawful after acceptance of the cases and appeals then? So, they can not get the privileges of the years to remain in the UK for the hearings and proceedings of the cases.

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
